Max holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Kent and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City, University of London. He completed his MSc in Development Economics at SOAS, University of London, where his dissertation assessed the effectiveness of tools used in sustainable development projects funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
Max also brings hands-on experience from his time with the Metropolitan Police, where he investigated gender-based violence crimes. Currently, at Mekong Economics, he supports development initiatives across the Mekong region, leveraging his expertise in economic analysis, social equity, and project evaluation to drive sustainable outcomes.
