Ms. Bway Pale Paw has eight years of experience in community development projects. In her role as Social Work Coordinator for Terre Des Hommes, Lausanne
(Swiss Foundation), Mrs. Bway Pale Paw was involved in assessment of children, their families and communities. As a trainer and coordinator, she organized 20 community-based Child Protection training activities and 8 community-based Trafficking in Persons training activities for Myanmar Council of Churches-Urban Rural Mission in various states of Myanmar including Kayin and Kayah state. She has proven capable of project implementation coordination and monitoring, community mobilization or facilitation, and capacity building.
At Mekong Economics, as a project coordinator, Mrs. Bway Pale Paw has worked a lot on evaluating and inspecting projects by Mekong Economics in prominent INGOs and donors such as AVSI, Action Aid, ADB and DEval. She participated in the training on survey instruments and methodology and quality control and monitor progress towards the implementation plan. She took responsibility of organizing, tracking the daily completion of completed questionnaires, handing over raw collected data to I.T expert and liaising with the I.T. expert. She assisted and worked with team Leader and provided inputs into the draft report and helped in the production and dissemination of any other deliverables, as and when required.
Mrs. Bway Pale Paw holds a Bachelor of English from University of East Yangon in 2004. She also received Diploma in Development Studies from Yangon Institute of Economic in 2006, and Diploma in Social Work from University of Yangon in 2008. She speaks English fluently and her strong communications skills are proven throughout her past project experience.
