Harriet McFadzean has achieved an MSc in Climate Change, Development, and Policy, as well as a BA in Economics with a Proficiency in Italian, from the University of Sussex.

Harriet’s area of expertise stems from her Master’s dissertation which concerned the reliability of new renewable energy systems to support the growth of Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on both the political economy and technical capabilities in question. Previous work experience includes an internship at the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Entrepreneurial Spark Business Accelerator, assisting with the development of start-up businesses.
